Acceptance to Contact the Dean of Students

I give permission to the Dean of Students office to release all information pertaining to my discipline record at Texas State to the Education Abroad office. I understand that the Dean of Students may or may not recommend my participation in the Education Abroad Ambassador Program based on my disciplinary record at Texas State.
